Gain insights into a wide range of areas of activity at plano. During your school internship, you can complete smaller tasks independently under supervision and gain your first experience in the various areas at plano.

Have you just finished your studies and now want to put your theoretical knowledge into practice as a young professional? No problem! If you start with us after your studies, you will be trained step by step in our usual work processes and involved in entrepreneurial projects right from the start. Experience has shown that this is the best way for our new employees to get to know our products and the way we work at plano.

As a young, modern company, we are of course always happy to welcome new recruits. A long list of professional experience is not always necessary. We also welcome students who are still in the middle of their studies and want to gain practical experience as a working student. Student projects are also welcome at any time – as long as they fit in thematically with us.

We are constantly growing and are therefore always on the lookout for qualified new employees who will fit in well with our team. For some positions and projects, of course, a certain amount of know-how and professional experience is sometimes required.

We don’t do boring tasks.
We want people who can do a lot, but also expect a lot. To ensure an optimal start, we also train “old hands” according to their new position, take part in internal training and are integrated into projects from the very beginning.
